One of the biggest and most professionally conducted cricket tournaments in Jain Rajasthani Community – SPL Season 3 continues to break headlines with its grandeur. After a successful round of owners and icons biddings at Earth Square Banquet in Worli, the mega auctions of over 300 players for the 12 participating teams was conducted at the picturesque Regenta Hotel in Lonavala on Sunday, 4th September, 2022.
The Mega Auctions was conducted in the most professional manner similar to IPL Format with proper LED Screens, Hammer & Placards, Proper Bidding format, a professional host to conduct the auctions and a proper setup in the Regenta Banquet which hosted all the team owners, icon players, sponsors and all other important dignitaries of Royal Rajasthan Club Community which includes RRC Trust Chairman Mr.Mukesh Chandan, Past President Mr.Satish Chandan, Mr.Rakesh Sanghvi, Mr.Ashok Doshi, Mr.Alpesh Doshi, Mr Vimal Mehta. IPP MR.PRAVIN Doshi, President Mr. Vikram Jain and entire RRC Team.
Mr.Haresh Pandya was invited as an Emcee to conduct the auctions which went on to become a sweet success. Mr. Haresh Pandya is a professional commentator with 33+ yrs of experience who has done commentary in Ranji & Irani Trophy Level Matches in All India Radio and Doordarshan TV Channel.
The atmosphere was completely electric during the auctions with many players bagging big bounties while many players receiving aggressive bids from multiple teams. It took almost 3 rounds of auctions to finish the complete list of squads for each participating team of SPL Season 3. The event got concluded with all the 12 teams bonding over the dinner followed by India-Pakistan Live Screening ensuring a fun filled Sunday for all!
