Cricket Club of India batting first made a mammoth total of 225/8 in 20 overs courtesy a flashy innings by opener Aarya Satpure which included 11 boundaries and a six. Aarya kept the scoreboard ticking as rest of the batters batted well around him. All-rounder Sagar Chabbria remained unbeaten at the middle order scoring 46* which included 4 sixes during the death overs.
Acton Cricket Club in reply gave a really good fight scoring 218/5 in 20 overs but eventually fell short by a small margin in the penultimate over as CCI bowlers got the upper hand. It was a collectively good performance by CCI team as they convincingly won the match. Sagar owned the day making it an all-round show as he grabbed 3/20 in 4 overs with the ball bagging “Man of the Match” Award.
