Cricket Club of India opting to bat first at PJ Hindu Gymkhana Ground made a total of 94/10 in 16.2 overs. CCI who boasts of a very good batting line up this time found it difficult to muster a threatning total on the board. It was a superb bowling performance from JVPG bowlers as they dismissed players in single digits. Advait Chitalia was the pick of the lot taking 4/25 in 4 overs taking crucial wickets at the middle order. Apart from Advait, Rohit Saraf and Amar Chopra bagged 2 wkts each.
Juhu Vileparle Gymkhana in reply took no time to chase down the total crossing the victory line in the 12th over. Malhar Mahadevia at no.3 and Vishal Patel at no.4 played the finishers role as both of them stitched a solid partnership remaining unbeaten on 41* and 26* respectively.
