Openers Karan Singh Walia (55 runs) and Aniket Kawade (30 runs) gave a flying start putting on 69 runs in the first powerplay. Saket A who came at no.3 further continued the momentum scoring 49* off 37 balls while it was Abhishek G at the middle order who simply played a blinder of an innings scoring a brilliant 77* off 27 balls. It was perfect hitting in the death overs as he took the game away in no time spanking 7 fours and 6 sixes at a stunning strike rate of 285.19. Almost every bowler went for a thrashing apart from Hemant Makwana who looked good for his spell of 2/31 in 4 overs.
Radio Club in reply were all out for 84 runs as it was a disciplined bowling performance by GSC bowlers. It was indeed a dominating win for Goregaon Sports Club as they won the match by 149 runs while Abhishek G was the performer of the match with his fiery unbeaten half century.
