Into the all-important finals, Jolly Gymkhana after being put to bat first at Somaiya Cricket Ground in Mumbai made a total of 171/7 in 20 overs. Opener Sujay Sanghvi at the top order scored 65 runs off 51 balls while Pranab Aurangabadwala at lower middle order chipped in with 42 off 25 balls. From the bowlers, Ojas Mehta and Paresh Shah were clinical with their spells taking 3/24 and 2/12 respectively.
Chasing 172, MCA BKC chased down the target successfully winning the match by 7 wkts and 2 overs to spare. Openers Ojas Mehta and Vijay Singh who have dominated throughout the tournament continued their excellent run with the bat putting on 83 runs for the 1st wicket. Ojas scored 54 off 48 balls while Vijay Singh scored 50 off 33 balls hammering 6 fours and 2 sixes.
Arun Madhu (22* off 11 balls) and Manvendra Mishra (15* off 4 balls) delivered the finishing cameos as MCA BKC emerged the Champions of the Tournament.
