After a great success in the first season of HFH Cricket Premier League , Holy Family Hospital , one of the renowned hospitals in Bandra is hosting the 2nd season of HFH Cricket Premier League for its internal staff and doctors. The cricket tournament will be played at St.Andrews Turf in Bandra on 17th-21st June, 2023. The tournament is divided into 8 teams namely:
HFH Cricket Premier League is a great initiative which is the brain child of resident Doctors of Holy Family Hospital, Bandra & led by Dr. Sr. Beena, Executive Director . Holy Family Hospital and Research Center in Bandra recently organized a turf cricket tournament amongst its internal departments to promote team spirit, team bonding and to promote mental well-being of its employees.
For the uninitiated, The Holy Family Hospital is a non-profitable charitable hospital situated on Hill Road and is one of the biggest and oldest hospitals in Bandra founded in 1942 . Regarded as one of the Top Hospitals of Mumbai, the nursing home was gradually converted into a general hospital for the service of the community first administered by the Medical Mission Sisters and then by the congregration of the Ursuline Sisters of Mary Immaculate .
This season is going to be grander with 2 more teams as 8 teams will compete for the coveted HFH Trophy’23. This season has also gone a notch higher with professional cricket at its best as the tournament will be equipped with match officials, live streaming, live scoring, team attires, proper playoffs and some intense competition between 8 teams.
