Chasing 141, Asego Opener Saumik Gandhi gave a flying start as he played an impressive innings scoring 57 off 47 balls where in he smashed 8 boundaries before getting retired hurt in the 18th over. The rest of the batters batted around him but could’nt capitalize much thanks to some tight bowling by SM bowlers. From the bowlers, Sohil Shah and Manan Shah with 1/23 and 1/25 in 4 overs each were the pick of the lot. With match being neck to neck till the very last ball, the match ended in a tie as Asego Archers ended their innings at 140/4 in 20 overs.
The draw resulted in a super over where SM Fighters won the match defeating Asego Archers in a thriller of a super over.
