Played at the picturesque Somaiya Cricket Ground in Mumbai, JBCN United opting to bat first posted a total of 158/7 in 20 overs. Most of their top and middle order batters chipped in with starts and cameos with Hrimaan Karvat (29 runs), Devesh Tahiliani (23 runs) and Piyush Shah (22 off 13 balls) being the top scorers. From the bowlers, Kunal Sayani with 1/21 in 4 overs and Kartik Rajendra with 1/22 in 4 overs were the pick of the lot.
AB Devils in reply could only muster a total of 145/7 in 20 overs as they fell short of the stipulated chase. Girish Singhania at the middle order scored 35 runs while rest of the batters found it difficult to get going. From the bowlers, Mayank Nagda and Munish Tahiliani with 2 wkts each were the pick of the lot from the bowlers.
