Crescent Bay batting first at Sachivalay Ground faced a batting collapse getting all out for just 69 runs in 11.4 overs. Only two batters managed to score in double digits as most of the batters found it difficult to get going. Blazing Stars bowlers did an excellent job keeping things tight with Lalit Joshi emerging amongst the pick of the lot. Lalit returned with bowling figures of 3/12 in 3 overs while Chirag, Pramod and Vinay bagged 2wkts a piece.
Blazing Stars in reply chased down the score in mere 7.1 overs with opener Milind Bhilnekar top scoring with 27 runs off 22 balls. Both the openers of Blazing Stars gave a decent start as they crossed the victory line comfortably.
