Kusum Warriors opting to bat first at Central Railway Ground in Lower Parel posted a total of 164/10 in 20 overs. Both the openers Rishit and Sahil gave a flying start to the innings putting up 57 runs in mere first 4 overs of the game. Rishit scored 28 off 13 while Sahil was the top scorer smashing a fluent 58 off 31 balls before he retired hurt in the 10th over. All-Rounder Deven Dhruva also chipped in with 42 runs at the middle order.
MTM Riders in reply could only manage 139/9 in 2o overs courtesy some tight bowling by Kusum Warriors bowlers. Jash Shah with 2/20 and Mahir Jhaveri with 2/20 were the pick of the lot.
