After announcing the Icon Players in Sportsnext India’s previous press release, we announce the list of Master Players for the inaugural season of GCH Super League’22. Master Players are the ones who have the right blend of experience, skills and game insights making them a valuable part of the playing XI. As per the format, each team has been assigned one master player who will be a permanent fixture in the squad throughout the tournament for their respective franchise teams.
Below is the list for Master Players:
#masterplayer Nimish Vora bought by Triumph Knights for 30lakhs Pts. Nimish is not only the one who has great insights about GCH, but he is also one of the most prolific batters around. He lets his stats do the talking with 1869 runs in 86 matches with a highest score of 90 alongwith 29 wkts.
#masterplayer Ripal Parekh getting picked up All Seasons Banquets for 30 lakhs pts. A Handy All-Rounder with a highest score of 53 with the bat alongwith 34 wkts in 39 matches.
#masterplayer Dinesh Patel getting picked up Balasinor Dinasaurs for 30 lakhs pts. Dinesh boasts of over a 1000+ runs with the bat with a highest score of 52.
#masterPlayer Mohit Chaturvedi was the 2nd choice of all the Teams in his Category and got picked up by @sapient_wealth for 30 lakhs pts. Mohit is a Swashbuckling Batsman whose hard hitting game is modelled on Sehwag or Gayle and someone who is immensely passionate about the sport. A live wire in the dressing room and almost the life of every team, this Master Player certainly makes the vibe of the dressing room electric. Known for his no nonsense batting approach, Mohit has one of the highest strike rates in the GCH Circuit with 1458 runs in 71 games, with a Highest Score of 78.
#masterplayer Niraj Dalal getting picked up @dscbkc_club for 30 lakhs pts. Niraj can be a handy contributor with the bat at the middle order. He has 338 runs in 27 games with a highest score of 68.
#masterplayer Bakul Mistry getting picked up Marko Polo for 30 lakhs pts. Bakul has 37 wkts in 30 games alongwith a Best Score of 80 with the bat🏏. Certainly a great all rounder who can lend that stability in the Playing XI.
