Patan Jain Community – One of the biggest philantrophic communities in the society have for the first time come up Patan Box Cricket Season 1 where in a total of 16 teams will take on each other for the coveted trophy. Patan is known for hosting multiple sporting events throughout the year including the very famous Patan Premier League- a professional leather ball tournament which is one of the biggest cricket tournaments in Mumbai. The tournament is divided into two groups consisting 8 teams each and it will be played at Home Turf in Thakur Village, Kandivali on 10th, 11th and 18th of September.
Patan has launched the Underarm Box Cricket Tournament for the first time and it’s a new concept introduced to bring the brothers of Patan community together. The tournament also gives an opportunity to those who can’t play leather ball tournament as both the formats require different levels of commitment and skillset.
Patan community is also at the forefront in various causes towards healthcare, donations & helping the needy people from the community. The group is created for the welfare, care and growth of patan jains to buy, run, operate institutes, make new ideas and implement on them on these & give all types of relief & sahay to beneficiaries.
